1. Booking and Payment

• Requirements for confirming a reservation: 1 one-night room rate deposit is required.
• Accepted payment methods and timelines include Visa and Master Card only.
• Price adjustments for changes in stay duration or services vary depending on the changes.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policies

• Deadline for free cancellation: Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled stay.
• Penalties for late cancellations or no-shows: Forfeit 1 night deposit plus government fee of 10%.
• Refund procedures and eligibility: Refunds are issued based on the original payment method.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard times for arrival and departure: Standard 3 pm check-in and 11 am check-out.
• Early check-in or late check-out fees of $50 will be applied to the final bill.
• After 9 pm check-in, a $50 fee will be applied to the final bill.
• ID and age requirements: 21 years or older.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Behavior expectations: No smoking is allowed in rooms, and no loud noise.
• Liability for damages or violations: Patrons are responsible for any property damage at the time of checkout.
• Use of facilities and amenities: Standard use of facilities and amenities is permitted.

5. Hotel Rights

• Right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct.
• Right to charge for damages or unpaid services.
• Right to modify or cancel bookings under certain conditions.
